1. Website Use and Security:

1.1. The website https://www.ginjourney.com is owned and operated by SRS (Shake Rattle and Stir Limited). The company holds the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions including any of the contents of the website from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

1.2. The hereinafter terms apply to the use by any visitor of the SRS Website and should be read carefully before any use.

1.3. SRS does its best to supply you with the most current and accurate information on its website.

1.4. The SRS website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website.

1.5. You are not permitted to link to or use all or any part of the SRS website for any purpose which is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene or objectionable.

1.6. You accept that the Internet is not fully secure. SRS will take all appropriate steps to protect the security of any Paypal information though SRS shall not be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of any such information.

2. General:

2.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.

2.2. The trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of SRS. You are not permitted to use these without the prior written permission of SRS and you accept that any such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant proprietor's rights.

2.3. These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2.4. Nothing contained in any contract is intended to be enforceable pursuant to the contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party.

2.5. All the terms of any contract are included or assigned to within these terms and conditions.

2.6. SRS doesn’t tolerate any kind of bullying or harassment towards its employees.

2.7. Only person(s) who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to book a Game.

2.8. The only language available for the conclusion of a contract online is English.

3. Starting location and stops of your tour: This will be stated on your email confirmation. If you unaware of how to get to the venue then please ask for directions and we will happily provide you with them.

4. Payment terms:

The balance of your tour payment is due at the time of booking. Payment may be made via Paypal, BACS transfer and by card payment over through our contact number.

5. Cancellation:

Once your payment has been made, we do not accept cancellations of your order or the amendment of dates. This includes Gift Voucher bookings made over email.

6. Timings of your event:

6.1. Start Time:

This is the time we expect you at the venue, if you arrive early the tour may not commence until all participants have arrived. We then allow 5 minutes before the start of the tour for late guests to arrive.

6.2. Finish Time:

This may be 15 minutes before the end of the stated time to give you enough time to finish up any aspects of your tour. You may be required to vacate the premises at the end of the tour. You may be notified in advance if this is required, or may be informed during the event.

6.3. Late arrivals:

If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please contact the person listed as the event coordinator on your booking email (the Event Coordinator) who is conducting your tour. You will be given his / her contact number closer to your event date. If you are more than 5 minutes late this may result in the tour commencing without you. If this is the case, you will be notified of the location of the list of stops on the tour, and can commence your tour at any stop point on the tour. Please note, for the avoidance of doubt, you will not be able to request a pro rata refund or any of the beverages (whether alcoholic or non) that were missed due to your lateness.

7. Your Responsibility with alcohol:

Your Event Coordinator will notify you of the numbers of drinks you will be provided with in your tour package. The host of the event reserves the right to refuse the providing of alcohol if they believe the guest is over intoxicated and no refund will be given if alcohol has been refused to yourself.
