First gin cocktail I ever tasted was probably some rogue concoction made with gin stolen from my parents liquor cabinet. Can’t remember the recipe for you all to enjoy and replicate the almighty hangover I experienced (probs for the best). Clearly didn’t put me off that much though!First gin cocktail you ever made?
The first PROPER Gin Cocktail I made was a Bramble that I believe my Mum taught me (how rock and roll) so I could bang them out at parties for her and her friends (just like @TheGinBoss).Favourite gin cocktail at 7pm?
7pm and the Clover Clubs are out and there they’ll stay out for as long as possible. This drink blows my mind every time I have it and is certainly a staple. So much so I’ve taught my girlfriend how to master them. Just in case of an emergency and I lose the use of my arms then my Clover Club game will still be on point!Favourite gin cocktail at 10pm?
10pm and there’s a steady back and forth from Negroni to Martini while I try to make my mind up which of these heavy weights will come out on top. I’m happy in the knowledge that there may never be a winner and that two night caps are better than one.Favourite bar in the world?
My favourite bar...This is the million dollar question and all comes down to the service, quality of drinks and occasionally the company. It changes regularly (I’m fickle that way) but the place I spend most of my time at the moment and haven’t had a bad drink yet is Arcane in Manchester, a sexy little industry hangout where my phone doesn’t get service, I can go off the grid and really get down to business.
