Private Gin Journey
Bespoke to you and your needs. A Gin Journey around Sydney with food included. We can arrange it at a time and date that works for you, and scale the bars and our presentation back if needed.
Here’s what you get:
- 5 gin cocktails, 5 samples of gin
- A mini-bus to 5 of our brilliant partner venues including a distillery
- Hosted by an expert Gin Guardian
- Food provided at one of our partner venues - to be agreed by the lead guest

Gin Masterclass
We’ve partnered with some of Sydneys finest gin drinking establishments to house our fun yet informative masterclasses.
Here’s what you get:
- 3 gin cocktails, 4 samples of gin
- Gin masterclass by an expert Gin Guardian
- One of Sydney’s premier gin drinking establishments

Mixologist Service
Our founder Leon Dalloway has been mixing drinks for almost 20 years. Before launching Gin Journey he won numerous cocktail competitions and loves to put together brilliantly executed drinks for all manner of clients.
We’ll create a bespoke menu perfect for your event and curated to your wishes. Whether it is a birthday girl cocktail or a cocktail menu set to a theme, we’re all over it.
We offer:
- Private bartending at your fancy cocktail party
- Large scale corporate mixology stations - we’re highly experienced in delivering an expert service to our corporate clients. If you have a room of 200 guests we’ll set up numerous interactive cocktails stations that serve delicious drinks to ensure your event goes smoothly and is highly memorable.
Prices vary on the packages we offer. We serve top level booze in incredible drinks with a bit of scintillating chat to boot.
