An intimate Sydney walking tour from distillery to distillery with delicious Aussie gins to drink at every stop.

Our route takes us to Ester Spirits, Moonshiner and Unexpected Guest, a trio of Sydney's finest distilleries.

Along the way, you’ll discover gin’s crazy history, learn all about the incredible Aussie gin boom, why native Aussie ingredients make Aussie gins so delicious and you'll unearth the secret simplicities of distillation. The tour will be hosted by one of the world's great gin experts and Gin Journey founder - Leon Dalloway.

Leon, the founder and host of Gin Journey Sydney launched Gin Journey in the UK in 2013, he has hosted over 1000 tours, an award winning bartender, BBC Gin Expert, member of the illustrious Gin Guild and one of the world's great gin experts.

The tour includes:

  • Three distilleries
  • Delicious gin drinks at each stop
  • One Gin Guardian to host and regale you throughout the day
  • History of gin masterclass, distillation masterclass, native botanicals masterclass all rolled into one awesome Gin Journey
