Our route takes us to a host of Sydney's finest distilleries which include: Young Henrys, Ester Spirits, Poor Toms and Unexpected Guest. You'll be immersed in the wonderfully independent and cultural area of Sydney's Inner West as we wander from stop to stop.
Along the way, you’ll discover gin’s crazy history, learn all about the incredible Aussie gin boom, why native Aussie ingredients make Aussie gins so delicious and you'll unearth the secret simplicities of distillation. The tour will be hosted by one of the world's great gin experts and Gin Journey founder - Leon Dalloway.
