First gin drink you ever drank?

I would love to say it was a sophisticated cocktail however it’s more likely to be gin and everything and anything I could find in my Mum’s alcohol cupboard under the stairs! There was a lot of experimenting with those weird and wonderful bottles which unfortunately for my Mum got filled back up with anything the same colour to keep myself out of trouble. I think she knew.

First gin cocktail you ever made?

It has to be the trusty G&T. There is nothing more satisfying than making one of the most simplest yet classic drinks for the first time.

Favourite gin cocktail at 7pm?

The Negroni! That punch of Campari always gets the taste buds flowing for the evening ahead. For a classic, you can’t go wrong with Tanqueray and for something a little different Audemus Pink Pepper Gin makes a cracking spicy Negroni.

Favourite gin cocktail at 10pm?

Martini all the way. The ideal gin for me would be Martin Millers with a lemon twist.

Favourite bar in the world?

What a difficult question! Being a sales rep for a mixer company I’m very lucky to see, drink and admire the best bars around London however I would have to say SuperLyan, Happiness Forgets and NOLA, all in Shoreditch, are definitely up there. As for the rest of the world, I’m still on the hunt!
