The first gin cocktail I ever drank?

It was a Bramble. When I didn’t know too much about drinks or ingredients, this was easy to approach for a first time gin drinker back when I was 18. From then on, I was hooked on gin. Portobello Road Gin is my recommendation for the perfect Bramble, balance the lemon and sugar syrup with a drizzle or creme de mure and you’re away.

First gin cocktail you ever made?

The Sloe Gin Fizz: This was the first ever drink made in the first cocktail bar I worked in, it was part of the training to see how egg white works differently in drinks. It’s a great drink, I recommend Sipsmith Sloe Gin for your Sloe Gin Fizz.

Favourite gin cocktail at 7pm?

That’s a Gin Martini served dirty. 7pm is normally when I like to start my night out (when not in work), the Martini is a great pre or post dinner drink! Olives are one of my favourite bar snacks, therefore pair a nice big portion with a Dirty Gin Martini and my friend comes close to perfection. Gin Mare works brilliantly for this, they use an olive distillate in their gin the crafty buggers.

Favourite gin cocktail at 10pm?

Corpse Reviver #2 : 10pm is pick me up time! There’s nothing better than sipping a freezing cold Corpse Reviver #2 (#1 ‘ain’t so nice) in a great setting. Beefeater 24 is my recommendation, it’s big and punchy and stands up against the other playful ingredients.

Favourite bar in the world?

Happiness Forgets: These guys encompass everything a good bar should in my eyes. Amazing drinks, service is on-point, at speed, the room is comfortable and with a few dashes of madness at the right time mixed in as well.
