The first gin cocktail I ever drank?

My earliest recollection of a gin cocktail passing my lips would be a Singapore Sling! It was something I wanted to try as it had ‘Singapore’ in the name and being someone that lived there a lot growing I was curious to see what it had to offer. I wasn’t disappointed!

First gin cocktail you ever made?

The very first Gin Cocktail I made was a cheeky twist on a French 75. Working in a speakeasy bar, each member had to come up with 2 cocktails that were ‘Originals or a Twist’ for the new seasonal menu. The venue was heavily influenced by floral designs so I made a rose petal infused French 75 with a shotgun-shell clipped to the side of the flute housing some dry ice and a rose bud to garnish. Favourite gin cocktail at 7pm?

Favourite gin cocktail at 10pm?

Did I already mention a Classic Negroni? Well by this point I’m ready for a dance so I usually go for something that if desired, can be gone within moments. That go to drink would be a Tom Collins. It's like a gin spiked homemade lemonade The modest design of this drink allows for any situation where it can be appreciated thoroughly.
