A walking gin tour of Sydney’s Inner West through distilleries and bars, 5 G&Ts, 5 gin samples, hosted by an expert Gin Guardian

Sydney’s Inner West is the hotbed of Australia’s gin distilling scene. Let us take you on a guided tour of Sydney’s ground breaking distilleries, we’ll duck and dive into some spots you’ve never visited before and pop in to innovators revered the world over. Hosted by Leon Dalloway, the Founder of Gin Journey.

You’ll learn all about the history of gin and the recent Australian gin boom, you’ll discover the incredible native botanicals that Australia gets to call their own and you’ll learn all about how the juniper elixir is made while seeing three distilleries throughout the day. It’s like the best school trip you ever went on only with lots of gin.

The tour includes:

  • Tonnes of samples of gin selected by us to work specifically on your tour (at least 5 but expect more)
  • 5 long drinks (G&Ts and cocktails)
  • 3 distillery visits
  • Max 5 minute walks between each venue
  • 1 Gin Guardian to host and regale you throughout the day
  • Approx. 4.5 hours
